Terms
Using PeekIn.
These terms explain the public website and the responsibilities that come with sharing or exploring a home.
What PeekIn does
PeekIn helps people explore properties through details, photos and room views. Owners and agents can record, publish and share homes. Some views are full panoramas; others show only the recorded area.
Use the service for lawful property exploration and sharing. Do not misuse another person’s information, upload material you have no right to share, or try to access private services without permission.
Check the information
Property details, prices, availability and public contacts come from the listing. Room views and photos may have been recorded earlier. They do not prove current condition, measurements, ownership or availability.
Check the full cost, deposit conditions, location and other details with the owner or agent. An approximate location is not an exact address.
If you publish a home
You are responsible for having permission to record and share the home and for the accuracy of the details and contact information you provide. Review people, personal belongings and location privacy before publishing.
Local capture, cloud upload and public publishing are separate actions. Publishing shares the selected information with visitors. Withdrawal stops fresh public access to the listing, but cannot remove copies others already saved.
Contact, payments and agreements
Call and Message open the published owner or agent’s contact through an external service. PeekIn does not send your message automatically or confirm that a call connected.
Discuss viewing, payment and agreement terms directly with the owner or agent. PeekIn’s room views are an exploration aid and do not guarantee a reliable transaction or replace your own checks.
Our ambition is a marketplace free for buyers and sellers. This page does not make a current pricing promise. Any applicable price should be stated before a paid action.
Service and favorites
A listing, view or feature may become unavailable or change. A saved home is kept in this browser and may no longer be published when you return. Do not rely on a saved list as a backup of property information.
